The goal of Breaker House Vacation Homes is to assist you in finding the perfect home for your vacation on the Southern
Oregon Coast. We want your visit to be a wonderful and memorable experience. We have a wide variety of homes available to suit all of your vacation home needs. Whether your visit is a romantic get-away for two, a business conference, or even a family reunion, Breaker-House Vacation Homes has something for everyone.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to hold a time. Payment can be made by check or money order. The balance plus any room tax is due during your visit at these homes. All homes subject to availability and published prices are subject to change without notice.
Furnishings: WE DO NOT EXPECT YOU TO GO CAMPING AT OUR HOMES! All of our homes are fully equipped with all linens, towels, full kitchens, washer/dryer, spices, coffee and tea bags and local phones.
We require a credit card on file as security deposit prior to check in.
Refunds: Cancellations 60 days prior to use time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days will receive a full refund if reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. If you cancel right before the time we have a problem. We do not like to keep deposits.
Cleaning: We do not expect you to clean houses on your vacation and we do not charge a separate cleaning deposit. We hope our gests will respect our homes and leave them in a condition that will only require normal cleaning.
All homes are non-smoking.
