Solina By The Sea is an almost oceanfront home about 150 feet from the beach located in Rogue Shores a small oceanfront community of about 25 exclusive homes. Located just north of the world famous Rogue River about 25 miles north of the California border. This 3 bedroom 2 bath homes offers a large master bedroom and bath on the main (second floor) level with deck. The main floor has a living room with wood burning fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, dining area and a full kitchen with snack bar. A computer desk with WIFI and Apple computer. There are two large decks with great views of the ocean to the west and Cape Sebastian and coastline to the south and the forested mountains to the east and northeast. The first floor has a large family room with TV, cable, sofa sleeper, love seat and twin trundle beds. There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and each has a sliding door out to a patio. There is a full bath and a 2 car garage. The hot tub is off the the south bedroom and located in the trees for privacy. This 2000+ sqft home offers a warm and inviting retreat with easy beach access. We have 9 other homes in the same area for larger groups.
